Use this as my Sous Vide pot and it works great. Perfect size for 4-8 large ribeyes, a dozen (or more eggs) and I'm sure I'll find more uses for it as well. The sides are think and it has an appealing commercial look to it. I feel all seriously chef'y when I whip this bad boy out.
