The product started to rust in 1 day after leaving out to demonstrate location. May stain concrete surrounding the part.The lack of holes already in the track was a pretty big aggravation during installation. IAlthough with that said, the track has held up very well.CustomBeing aluminum this track is great for a coastal application. We used it along with ss v-groove wheels for a by-pass-opening fence gate. It works great and we needed the 18’ rather than the 12’ length of the galvanized version. We used a gutter for the cement track mold on which it is installed.These are very sturdy but the aluminum tracks cause drag with steel wheels. Rolls much smoother and easier on bare concrete.Precisely what we were looking for, for our sliding gate. Great quality, careful the edges are sharp, we happened to cut ourselves a few times when we weren’t wearing gloves.These are very nice, and with the rollers, they track true and smooth. The anchors are a little difficult to deal with and I had to grind off the top part of the bolts in order to get the rollers not to hit the tops of the bolts. They anchor ok though, and I'm sure the track is "not going anywhere".It looks ok. The only thing that I recommend is to use a different type of screws. The bolts and nuts that came with it are useless because it is impossible to be flat and the wheel gate will not roll easy.Purchased these tracks for fabricating a trolley for the garbage, recycle and compost bins.
