My wife absolutely loves Clover Aluminum crochet hooks, the ones without any padding. They are slightly shorter than most other brands and fit comfortably in her hand. She prefers this over the padded ones. Unfortunately, Clover is no longer selling the unpadded aluminum crochet hooks. You have to hunt for vendors with remaining stock on hand.
